Elwick Lacrosse Academy - Week 3

Another great week with athletes from Elwick School. Participants are going through game preparation including dynamic warm ups, shuttle drills, give and go passing, outside shooting, and shot fakes. We are currently in discussion about setting up a tournament between all classes involved in early April. Having a blast with this group!
